Velcro underfloor heating system - installed in no time at all
The special feature: the heating pipes are fitted with Velcro tape all round and are simply pressed onto specially coated Velcro panels. This method ensures optimum stability thanks to the precise connection between the pipe and the panel. Installation is further simplified by the printed patterns on the panels.
Another advantage of the Velcro system: if necessary, the pipe can be lifted off and repositioned without any loss of holding force. The installation can be carried out by a single person without tools. This method is the quickest possible way to install underfloor heating and is ideal for both new builds and renovations.
Frequently asked questions
We will be happy to answer all your questions in a friendly phone call or by e-mail.
Contact us nowHow long does it take to install underfloor heating?
The installation time depends on various factors, such as the size of the room and the nature of the substrate. In an average detached house, we need around 3-5 working days for a complete installation. For renovations with modern thin-layer systems, installation can be completed even faster. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed schedule for your individual project.
Can all floor coverings be combined with underfloor heating?
Most modern floor coverings are suitable for underfloor heating. Whether tiles, natural stone, parquet, laminate or high-quality carpeting – the decisive factor is the thermal resistance of the material. We will be happy to advise you on the selection of the optimum floor covering and pay attention to the corresponding manufacturer’s markings for suitability with underfloor heating.
How high are the operating costs compared to conventional heating systems?
Underfloor heating is particularly efficient as it works with low flow temperatures of around 28-40°C. Compared to conventional radiators, which often require temperatures of 60-70°C, you can save up to 30% energy. It is particularly economical in combination with a heat pump or solar thermal energy.
Is underfloor heating also suitable for renovation?
Yes, thanks to modern thin-layer systems, it is now possible to retrofit underfloor heating without any problems. These special systems only require a low installation height of around 2-3 cm and are therefore ideal for renovation projects. We will be happy to check the feasibility in your specific case and develop a tailor-made solution.
